One Day Tour

Explore and live the adventure in Caño Negro, one of the coolest and most natural places in Costa Rica! This paradise of wetlands, rivers and canals is home to a wide variety of birds, reptiles, fish and mammals. Our tour starts at 7:30 a.m. from Bijagua. On the way to Caño Negro, you will discover everything about cassava, papaya, pineapple, rice and beans. Once at El Fogón Restaurant, a welcome drink and a swimming pool await you. And then the adventure begins! On board a boat, you will tour the Frio River for 2 hours, admiring wetlands, wildlife and breathtaking views from the Observation Tower. In addition, you will know the traditions and history of our community. Once back at El Fogón Restaurant, you’ll be waiting for a cannon lunch to suck your fingers. ¡ And so ends an unforgettable adventure in Caño Negro!
